I am passionate about child birth and how a woman’s body miraculously transforms and performs to perfection to the natural birth process.

Since I graduated as a registered nurse my interest has always been towards child birth. Most of my working life has been in health care working in many diverse environments. I know how holistic care can strongly influence your overall wellbeing and often outcomes too.

I was very lucky to have wonderful support throughout both of my pregnancies, which helped me have two beautiful natural births at home.  Where and how you have your baby is your choice, and you should always be supported in this choice.

As your doula my focus and role is to support you alongside your chosen medical care provider.  I will be there for you and can help you to seek the knowledge and information to enable you to have your best birth experience possible.
